Hello!
My name is Tamara Anderson. I have been teaching in a variety of schools and classrooms all over the world for over 15 years. I have traveled the world with my military husband and we have spent most of our time living in Germany. I taught third grade, biology, chemistry, and environmental science to the children of service members in several different Department of Defense Dependent schools. It was one of the best experiences of my life and we would go back to living in Europe if given the chance. Our most recent move brought us to North East, Maryland where I am teaching earth and environmental systems, honors biology, and zoology.
Teaching a variety of age groups has helped me see how education develops over time for the student. It has given me a great appreciation of how learning is a team effort even though you as the teacher may never meet all your teammates.
